Customer Success Manager - SaaS

Customer Success Manager. SaaS platform, Flexible Work Environment. Leading Edge Tech.

BLACKROC is working with a growing SaaS company who has enabled many organisations across Australia, Europe and the U.S to become more efficient through using their platform and technology. They are looking to grow their team in Sydney with a Customer Success Manager who will partner with clients and help onboard and implement their platform and help to uncover new opportunities and areas for growth across their client portfolio.

The Role: Onboarding and implementation of all new clients Identifying new areas and opportunities for growth within existing accounts Continually improving the customer experience and working closely with customers to ensure that they get the most out of the platform. Coordinate discovery workshops with clients to develop successful partnership launches.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure support during projects and deliver quality results for clients. Be an informative and positive brand ambassador with all clients. Does this sound like you? 3 Years’ experience working in a Sales, Account Management or Customer Success Recruitment, Learning and Development or Talent Acquisition experience would be highly advantageous.

Strong SaaS or Technology understanding and passion for innovation. Target driven and the desire to grow revenue. Customer centric, collaborative and a team player Relationship focused, entrepreneurial spirit, and self-starter.

Personable and professional communication skills Good at multi-tasking.
