An exciting opportunity for an experienced Bid and Tender Coordinator to join a well established Australian business. About us With over 150 years combined experience, our client has successfully delivered thousands of projects worldwide for hundreds of clients. They specialise in the engineering, design and manufacture of 'world-first' solutions for the mining, oil & gas and industrial sectors.

About the role We are currently seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual with experience in the tender life-cycle. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities to develop our approach to proposals and tenders, preparing and monitoring the tender submission process and evaluating the tender success rate. Key Responsibilities: Assess all tender requests from clients, external parties and tender portals in accordance with the organisations objectives Provide support to the Tender and Bid Manager Ensure that all deliverables are managed in a timely manner Ensure all tender documents are accurate, to a high standard and represent the company’s brand and professionalism Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather information for inclusion into tender responses Prepare responses to all post tender clarifications and presentations, liaising with key stakeholders as necessary; In conjunction with the Bid and Proposal Manager, support and seek input for the ongoing development and maintenance of the tender response content library; Assist in the maintenance of various company templates including quotes, forms & reports; Essential Criteria Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Research, or relevant discipline (highly desirable) A track record in delivering successful Tender and Bid proposals, with professional training/qualifications in relatable skills An ability to leverage from existing networks that might support company growth and evolution Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise workload Strong experience and demonstrated success in building relationships for successful commercial outcomes A diverse range of skills and knowledge relating to the various stages of the tendering process Sound project management experience with the ability to think strategically and analytically Highly motivated, intuitive and driven to succeed for further information please contact Sara Markham sara.
