ICT Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant with good ICT industry knowledge and experience. Work Type: Part-time / Full-time Work Location: Sydney (in-office) Est. Purpose of the Position As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be working as part of the resourcing team and will assist with delivering end-to-end recruitment & account management support for Concert’s clients. You will be able to demonstrate your technical and analytical skills, attention to the detail, ability to build lasting relationships with people and the ability to design and implement solutions involving technical human resource.

Key Skills Required Good understanding of IT industry and hands-on experience in the IT market, ideally, experience in dealing with IT delivery organisations and or HR and procurement teams Strong research and analytical skills Customer relationship management experience Local market knowledge – Enterprise and or NSW Government Ability to build strong B2B working relationships with customers, candidates and sales team and customers at all levels Self-managed with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team, flexibility to meet work demands Strong work ethic coupled with a high level of initiative and self-motivation Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail and strong report-writing skills Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills Key Responsibilities Understand the market and competition for recruitment Manage end-to-end recruitment process – full candidate and client life-cycle Sourcing candidates through the database, social media platforms, referrals, and networking Conduct candidate interviews, analyse their technical and soft skills and score candidates based on the job criteria Manage relationship with a current client portfolio Coordinate client visits/meetings with current and prospective clients with agreed agenda Ability to build rapport and lasting relationships Face to face meetings and client visits Conduct client research and built valuable information on Clients for business development Build and manage a database and pipeline of recruitment leads to ensure a dynamic response to the client’s needs Manage and convert resourcing leads Performance Goals (KPIs) Meet or Exceed relevant targets for account management and placement targets Achieve program and project delivery KPI's Management and maintenance of relevant databases and professional media platforms Ensure that customer and contractor satisfaction measures are consistently met Promote and participate in 360-degree feedback to constantly improve the performance of the ov.
