Reporting to the Connected Mobility Specialist you will: Coordinate the day to day operations for Mobility Services products and services. Manage the fleet of vehicles Support and administer the bookings and mobility of assets.

Take inbound and make outbound calls to Guests, Partners and Vendors in relation booking and accounts for Mobility Services Monitor and action all email inbox’s Maintain Tolls, Infringements and Fuel Transactions Reconcile transactions, payments and allocations of vehicle services back to the product bookings Manage the relationships between TFM operations for all assets leased and all linked services Coordinate transportation of motor vehicles and keep stock allocation to acceptable levels at sites Collect and analyse feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams Take ownership of the regular provision of reporting for key stakeholders Prepare of ad-hoc reporting Provide support for products relating to Mobility Services for Fleet corporate clients and Retail Guests Maintain software integrity and data cleanliness Become an expert in invoice reconciliation, understanding financials and accepting and making payments Develop internal and external communication feeds Assist your direct manager with the preparation of presentations You’ll be successful in this role if you have: Knowledge of fleet or rental industry and automotive industry (desirable but not essential) Hold a full unrestricted Australian driver’s license The ability to produce invoicing and understand financial models Has had exposure to escalations and dispute resolution Solid time management skills for self and others The ability to work with limited supervision Advanced MS Office proficiency Strong stakeholder engagement skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills If you’re successful, y.
