About the role Your role of Speech Pathologist is to provide speech pathology assessment and therapy services in an area of clinical expertise.
You will also work as a part of multidisciplinary health-care team providing allied health services to meet the needs of NDIS participants. Day to day duties will include: Provide a Person centred model of care that focuses on the individual's needs Develop and implement a complex treatment/intervention plan based on clinical assessment, client centred goals and evidence based practice. Participate in team and service planning and evaluation, health promotion activities, policy development and other project activities as required.
Support and value diversity at all levels within the organisation and in all services Be able to work efficiently with billable hours Skills and Experience Recognised tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology Eligibility for practising membership of Speech Pathology Australia Demonstrated ability to assess individuals with complex communication needs.
