Work/life balance Higher Education Great team culture ABOUT THE PROJECT TEAM: The Business Change team ensures that, for each project in the portfolio, the business needs and benefits are defined, business requirements are appropriately captured, and the project is effectively engaging with the relevant business areas to achieve a successful business change. RESPONSIBILITIES: Undertake an impact assessment Further expand upon the existing Communication Plan Write a variety of content to support communication Review and update of training documentation Delivery of information sessions to end users ABOUT YOU: A degree with subsequent relevant experience in teaching or training; or an equivalent alternate combination of relevant knowledge, training and/or experience. Demonstrated ability to plan, create, develop and deliver business-process and system-related user training Demonstrated ability to develop quality supporting instructional materials, aids and information using a variety of technologies and tools to cater for different learning needs Proven ability to deliver structured learning experiences and assessment of training effectiveness Excellent communication, interpersonal and teaching skills Highly motivated with ability to work alone and as part of a team in a fast-pasted changing environment THE NEXT STEP: The successful candidate must hold a Working with Children's check or be willing to apply for one.
