Typically interior projects are valued between the $1M - $10M mark Position The Project Manager will manage all aspects of project delivery from pre construct to defects & handover.
You will take full ownership of the project being responsible for the financials, performance & development. subcontractor negotiations, dealing with the client, working to strict deadlines and budgets are key parts of this position. Ideal person Construction degree or trade background Interiors background advantageous Demonstrated history of interiors projects valued up to $10M Career driven Team player I have recruited across the interiors in Sydney for over 5 years now working with a number of leading companies.
