The Role Ascot Group has seen a steady progression in the scope of our Facilities Maintenance team branching out from Victoria to now encompass a national footprint with numerous clients. The team is now at a level where additional support is needed and an opportunity for someone with a maintenance background to join the team assisting with: Work Order Management Preventative Maintenance scheduling and compliance Resource Allocation Scheduling Contractor procurement Cost reporting and analysis Invoicing Client Meetings Site meetings and Scoping jobs Liaising with other internal departments and external stakeholders About You You have completed a trade certification, or some form of Building and Construction qualification, with a driven nature and high attention to detail you will be looking for the opportunity to learn fast, communicate clearly and think on your feet.
The successful candidate will also demonstrate the following: Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role Delivered a wide variety of maintenance works Highly organised Please note that ASCOT GROUP has direct relationships with the healthcare industry and as such all employees must undergo a full Police Check and in most cases, a Working with Children's Check prior to commencement.
