You will support clients’ IT infrastructures on a day-to-day basis & be constantly learning new technology.

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be highly technical providing both L1 and L2 support as the clients’ first point of contact.
You will own, manage and solve their technical problems. Requirements: To apply you should have at least 12 months experience in IT support. You’ll have brilliant communication, listening and troubleshooting skills and you’ll thoroughly enjoy solving technical problems.
There is a huge amount of career potential here into L3, projects or even side career moves into other roles including security or pre sales Requirements: Successful candidates will have experience in a broad range of technologies that this company use everyday in a support capacity – preferably with an understanding of server and desktop operating systems.
