The purpose of this role is to provide timely and efficient service to each customer, resulting in the needs of both the customer and the company being met. The duties of this role will include: To deliver Industry leading customer service Processing of Purchase Orders and Quotes as they are received by fax telephone, mail, email or any other means. Demonstrate a passion for service and customers that delivers customer loyalty and upholds the brand in market place.

To identify sales opportunities through product cross selling and optimization. To provide sales support for campaigns as required.
