Time and Attendance Coordinator & Assistant - HanwoodChandler Macleod
Our client has asked us to find two enthusiastic, professional and process driven individuals for casual time & attendance roles at their Hanwood based processing site. Working within a small team and reporting the payroll manager, there is a full time and a part time position available. FULL TIME- Predicted to work a minimum of 38 hours per week across Monday-Friday working week.
PART TIME- Predicted to work a minimum of 24 hours per week, with flexibility on the makeup of those hours, this is a great opportunity for those with school aged children or those looking for a better work/life balance. Objectives of the Role: Assist with the processing of daily time sheets Assist with ensuring employees are paid precisely in accordance with their job roles, hours of work, Enterprise Agreements and Awards Assist with providing relevant reports when required by management On-boarding of new Agency and Contractor Employees Performing any other task which is incidental or peripheral to carrying out the role Skills and Experience Required: Ability to meet tight deadlines and produce accurate data Ability to maintain a high level of privacy and confidentiality in relation to employee's personal information and payroll information Demonstrate attention to detail High level administration experience Time & Attendance or Payroll experience would be preferred, however not essential >>>>If this sounds like you please apply, and a Chandler Macleod consultant will be in touch.
