Finance Manager - Growth Business
Human Solutions Group Pty LtdDue to a restructure this progressive and high growth business, located in Sydney's CBD is seeking an eager Finance Manager to help grow their finance team whilst reporting to an experienced CFO /COO. This is a rare opportunity to truly make a mark whilst continuing to develop under the guidance/mentorship of the CFO/COO. You will be instrumental in managing a finance function and take responsibility for their performance.
This role will suit an individual who is equally at home rolling up their sleeves on day to day accounting tasks as well as working with the leadership team on growth strategies, potential acquisitions and long-term planning. Ideally, you will be CA and come from an initial Big 4 audit background and have 5 years plus commercial experience. Responsibilities: Consolidation of the group's finance entities.
Ensuring the company is compliant with accounting and tax standards. Preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting packs. Ad hoc projects and support to CFO.
Working closely with business managers. Liaison with the bank. Liaising with external auditors for interim and year-end audit.
Desired Skills & Experience: CA qualifications and relevant tertiary education. Proven consolidations experience. "Big 4" training advantageous.
Advanced communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Proven commercial acumen. Exposure/knowledge of the financial services or professional services industry. To apply, please click "Apply for this job" below.
