A fantastic opportunity to move to Regional Victoria and work in an Australian-owned manufacturing business Your new company Your new company is an Australian-owned manufacturing company with sites in metro Melbourne and regional Victoria. This position will be situated out of the Albury/Wodonga site, working with a small office team and a large manufacturing team. Your new role This role will see you perform in a generalist position working closely the General and HR Manager to provide support and advice in line with business objectives.
It will involve Learning & Development, IR/ER and policy activities on a day-to-day basis. You will be responsible for: End-to-end recruitment including onboarding/offboarding processes Workcover and Return to Work Management Maintaining personnel records and HR systems IR/ER support Support of learning and development programs and initiatives What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this position, you will have: Demonstrated experience within HR generalist positions, ideally within the blue-collar space Experience providing HR and industrial relations advice at all organisational levels The ability to work autonomously as well as in a team Strong communication & MS Office skills What you'll get in return In return, you’ll have the opportunity to work in beautiful regional Victoria in an established, Australian-owned organisation.
