HaysExperienced ER Advisor required for Brisbane based contract, Your new company Is a national HR Consultancy Firm who provide full HR support to Australian Businesses. Your new role As an ER Advisor your role will be to take telephone calls from various clients and provide advice on ER matters. This is a fast paced position which may see you taking upto 30 calls a day where you will advise on ER strategy to execution.
What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this role you will be an experienced ER Advisor or HR Generalist with at least 4 years experience dealing with a broad range of ER scenarios. A strong communicator you will have the ability to deliver complex information to clients in non technical terms.
