2x Permanent opportunities with an immediate start Your new company This well regarded Managed Service Provider, going through a substantial growth phase, is looking for multiple resources to join their high performing team. Currently a medium sized business they are looking to continue to grow their expanding client base through excellent service delivery. Across all position they are looking for someone with strong client engagement skills to be able to effectively work with their customers, with MSP experience highly desirable. Your new role • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issue; • Provide technical support at network level; • Create and maintain documentation for client systems and environments; • Assist the Service Desk team in resolving incidents and completing tasks What you'll need to succeed • Help desk / Customer Service experience and passion; • Relevant tertiary qualification and/or ITIL Foundations certification; • Effective client communication; • Demonstrated knowledge of IT applications, processes, software, and equipment; • Prior experience in operating within a MSP; • Experience using ConnectWise (Manage / Automate / Control) would be advantageous; • Knowledge or formal certifications in one or more of the following technologies would be highly favourable: Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Meraki, VMware, Palo Alto, VeloCloud and Office 365 product suite.
