Control Systems Engineer
HaysYou will be responsible for the testing, commissioning and ongoing maintenance within resources sector. Your new company This company is a Systems Integrator who provide electrical and process control engineering, procurement, construction and management to the resources, oil and gas, infrastructure and manufacturing industries across Australia. Your new role You will be responsible for developing and leading control system improvements project, providing technical advice on driving plant performance by minimising interruption and supporting failure recovery.
You will be responsible for the testing, commissioning and ongoing maintenance within resources, oil and gas, infrastructure and manufacturing sector, particularly within the processing department. What you'll need to succeed Experience within the Gas Industry; gas pipelines, station control, gas flow metering control, compressor stations etc. Experience in working with the following Technical software – Honeywell RTU, Emerson PLC & various SCADA.
Degree qualified in Electrical or Electronic Engineering. Current RPEQ OR eligible to apply. TUV Safety accreditation would be an advantage.
Self-motivation. High level of organisation and time management. Interpersonal skills.
