Customer Service Officer

You will be responsible for assessment, liaising with customers, speaking to internal and external parties to coordinate claim resolution and maintaining concise records throughout the resolution process. This diverse and interesting role will see you utilise your customer service and relationship building skills to ensure customer satisfaction is a priority.

50% (Super) Training; Will run for 2 to 3 weeks onsite in the office Location: Newcastle CBD Adhoc: Business unable to accommodate holidays or leave except for public holidays over christmas and New Years Your new role Our Customer Claims Consultants are the point of contact for customers enquiring about claims against Property insurance policies.
