Maybe Frank is an established Sydney restaurant group seeking a Restaurant Manager. Our brand marries a dining experience of classic Italian dishes with luxe twists, award winning cocktails from an internationally acclaimed front of house team, and a relaxed casual chic vibe worthy of Frank, Dean and Sammy in their heyday. Key responsibilities for the position will include the following: Rostering Shifts, Recruitment and Development of Staff, Assistance in managing staff wages Stock Management, Ordering and Menu Design in Consultation with Head Chef Ensuring Liquor Licensing Guidelines are observed by front of house staff Training staff to a high standard of service The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in Restaurant Manager roles, and an in depth knowledge of Italian food and beverages and cocktails (of all varieties).
Formal culinary qualifications will be highly regarded; as will experience in high quality cocktail establishments. Strong leadership and communication skills are required, along with being able to consistently deliver high quality food service under pressure, and a proven track record of training, developing and mentoring staff. An impeccable standard of personal presentation is also required.
