Seeking an experienced NURSERY SUPERVISOR and supporting NURSERY PERSON’S (specialising in PLANTS PRODUCTION) at our wholesale production nursery at Brogo NSW. Passionate candidates need only apply. Potential for advancement in all roles The Supervisor must have: - Experience planning production and executing orders - Experience making cuttings, sowing seed, general propagation and nursery maintenance (ideally in a wholesale setting) - Must be fit and capable of heavy and repetitive physical activity and working outdoors as required - Have experience working with native plants - Administration capacity and computer literate (excel / office suite) - Capacity to manage people and projects You’ll need to be this person to stand out from the crowd: - A practical, solutions oriented, nursery all-rounder and energetically upbeat human being with a can-do attitude and future focus SUPERVISOR CONDITIONS - Flexible work days / hours.

Permanent PT or FT negotiable The Nursery Person’s must have: - Experience making cuttings, sowing seed, general propagation and nursery maintenance (ideally in a wholesale setting) - Must be fit and capable of heavy and repetitive physical activity and working outdoors as required - An upbeat demeanour and can-do attitude NURSERY PERSON CONDITIONS - Flexible work days / hours (that may include occasional weekend work).
