Sustainability Architect As a Sustainability Architect you will develop and deliver modern, customised and commercially viable solutions for our clients. You will also contribute to the overall expertise of the team ensuring that we have access to the latest sustainability architectural solutions.
In this key role - within a team that is growing, you will work on a wide range of challenging projects with a variety of clients. Key accountabilities You will be responsible for: Delivering projects across the commercial / industrial / residential / retail / healthcare sectors in a quality, cost effective and efficient manner; Liaising directly with clients and running projects to meet client's needs and exceed their expectations. You are invited to apply for this role if you meet the following criteria: Experience – It is required that you have 4 years’ experience as an Architect with relevant ESD experience. Knowledge of local standards and building codes essential.
Education / Qualifications - Relevant tertiary qualifications in Architecture. Accreditation and experience with Greenstar, NABERS, and ABSA desirable. Autonomous Productivity - Ability to be highly productive with periodic direct management and with little oversight from senior management.
Teamwork - Works collaboratively with others including across functional groups. Accountability - Sets goals and drives to their fulfilment. Communication - Able to speak and write clearly, concisely, and compellingly.
You will also need to use your written and verbal communication skills to influence people’s decisions, actions and vision. Connecting - Able to find common ground and gain personal and professional trust. Analytical and Strategic Thinking - Ability to analyse and read situations well.
