Maybe Frank is an established Sydney restaurant group seeking a Sous Chef / Pizza Chef. Our brand marries a dining experience of classic Italian dishes with luxe twists, award winning cocktails from an internationally acclaimed front of house team, and a relaxed casual chic vibe worthy of Frank, Dean and Sammy in their heyday. Key responsibilities for the position will include the following: Menu design, Food costing, Ordering and Checking of Stock Production of classic and modern Italian dishes and antipasti Ensuring HAACP & OH&S Guidelines are observed by all kitchen staff Training staff to a high standard of service The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in Sous Chef roles, and a deep seated love for Italian cuisine.
Formal culinary qualifications will be highly regarded. Strong leadership and communication skills are required, along with being able to consistently deliver high quality food service under pressure, and a proven track record of training, developing and mentoring kitchen staff.
