Senior Associate, Customer Supply Chain

About the role As our Senior Associate, Customer Supply Chain your role works in partnership with the Customer's Replenishment, SC Johnson's Sales team, Supply Chain team & other technical areas such as global product quality and manufacturing, to optimize complex processes & systems relating to our products manufacturing processes and distribution. You will lead and undertake the regional, cross functional OPEX project for ANZ to improve the operational efficiency and increased digitization for ANZ cluster. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Delivery of KPI's, including a variety of Supply Chain Metrics, Market share, Category/Sales performance measures and Customer Business Plan metrics Coordinate collaborative promotional forecast review meetings with Customer's forecast team to drive accuracy and provide ongoing support managing claims, forecasting, & customer management Communicate all supply issues in a timely and detailed manner to Customer and SCJ key stakeholders & work to proactively resolve any issues Make recommendations to enhance business processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies.

Identify methods and technologies to improve Quality and productivity at suppliers/contractors Contribute to cross functional projects such as new product launches, discontinuations, and transitions to evaluate assumptions (pre and post launch) such as new product forecast, pipeline fill, cannibalization and to ensure quality is driven into the product and manufacturing process at early stages of innovation product development Influence and collaborate with key partners in marketing, sales, finance and demand planners to address input gaps as identified by forecast error/bias review & root cause analysis Measure, analyze, and communicate using statistical techniques key process metrics and monitor adherence to key performance indicators Required Skills & Experience Previous experience gained in a VRP/ISP, customer management, sales support role within the FMCG industry University Degree in Business or Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration Advanced Excel and analytical reporting SAP transactional and planning knowledge Experience in Supply and Demand Planning, supply chain principles and knowledge of Manufacturing/3PM Operations Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, Lean or alternate continuous improvement methodology Benefits Flexible work hours (Compressed work wee.
