Senior Business Analyst

Permanent full-time position Sydney CBD location High performing team We are seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to take a leading role in the team in terms of managing other resources, releases, senior stakeholders and conducting project work.
You will work closely with the Manager to assist with capacity planning and resource management, as well as executing business analyst activities across a number of different business lines. A few key responsibilities and accountabilities: Mentor junior Business Analyst to ensure that requirements documentation follows a standard approach and is of high quality, and that the management of requirements and processes adheres to agreed governance. Resource management, assisting the Manager in leading resources in the team.
Project / release management where required. Develop and re-engineer procedures and processes as required in support of continuous process improvement using methodologies such as as six sigma; Become a SME for CRM and Digital systems. Preparation of requirements documentation Workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, stakeholder feedback management Review/quality assurance of deliverables from the team.
Review and/or supply Technical and Testing Specifications Management of systems implementation through SDLC or agile methodologies for CRM/Digital systems To be successful in this role you will be degree qualified in a relevant subject. At least 5 years’ experience in system analysis or support, testing and/or project implementation & planning. Must have expertise with project management methodologies particularly SDLC and Agile.
