Project Administrator

Jomablue provides event and marketing professionals with one platform to deliver virtual and in-person events. Although we are based in Sydney, we invite applications from those on the eastern seaboard. In the evolving workplace as a result of COVID-19, Jomablue is well-equipped for team members to work from our office or remotely, whether that be from home in Sydney or another location entirely.

As we are very process-driven, all team members have comprehensive visibility on their own and others’ tasks and responsibilities. The role The Project Administrator is key in helping customers to be successful with our products. As a team member supporting multiple event delivery teams, you will engage with external and internal stakeholders including event agencies, marketing managers and internal team members to build and deliver virtual and onsite experiences.

You are motivated and passionate about great service. Within a small team you understand that working closely with others and pitching in when necessary helps our team be stronger and able to reach our goals. This is a full-time employment position with an annual salary of $60,000 (excluding superannuation).

Your duties Produce and maintain project plans and documentation for client events using our standard business tools Manage variations to original project scope as Change Orders Liaise with internal and external Project Managers and customers for the full duration of the project Regular reporting of progress to Project Managers to ensure agreed project outcomes and reviewing reports in relation to Jomablue's ongoing projects and activities Participate in and contribute to client meetings. Distribute finalised meeting notes outlining project progress or outcome. Respond to customer enquiries regarding projects in a Help Desk environment within defined processes and SLA’s Escalate issues to Project Managers or senior management if unable to resolve and implement solution Produce and maintain project plans and documentation for internal projects using our standard business tools Follow standard processes and procedures to complete tasks within the specified timeframes Work onsite at venues (national and international destinations) within a team to deliver projects Assist Project Managers to organise external and internal teams Essential skills and experience At least a bachelor’s degree and two years’ work experience in project administration Exceptional customer service skills Good communicator with excellent verbal and written skills Excellent organisational skills Attention to detail A technical mind with digital competency Time-management and multi-tasking Proactive and self-motivated as well as being a team player Ability to consistently meet deadlines Problem-solving skills Performance driven A flexible and adaptable approach Demonstrated technical agility, adapting to changing products Competent with modern cloud-based technologies (including or similar to G-Suite, Microsoft Off.
