Overview As the Change Manager, you will guide a nationally branded organisation through the implementation of a new payroll and rostering system called Kronos. Ideally, you will have previously managed the change process throughout a similar rollout. Key Responsibilities Orchestrate deliverables and guide various stakeholders reporting inwards Manage the Human Resources space and assess impact of new system Assess training needs and strategies for implementation Work closely with other change managers, coordinators and analysts to adhere to existing framework and establish a firm operational design Essential Requirements Previous experience implementing a new payroll and rostering system in a medium to large organisations (Ideally, experience implementing Kronos).
Experience in delegation change Experience in developing operating models and designing work-flow solutions Prior work in a regulated environment like financial services advantageous; exposure to a highly unionised environment will be very handy What's in it for you?
