About the company A well-known global organisation based in Sydney About the role The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for end to end hiring and selection process for requirements generating in ANZ. Responsibilities Minimum years of experience - 6-9 years of experience in recruitment Providing effective and efficient best practice recruitment services through effective partnership and consultation across ANZ Excellent communication skills and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process and life cycle, from brief to initial assessments, interviews, background checks, offers, contract generation and on-boarding. Maintaining a candidate pipeline and proactively recruiting Providing employment market expertise, sharing insights, and providing recommendations Creating valuable insights from the data to share with business Ensuring compliances are met up.
