Join a well-renowned and respected media organisation, undergoing significant change on an end to end assignment. You will have responsibility for the training deliverables of the overall program of work, so you will need to be comfortable taking ownership of training end to end, from the initial training needs analysis through to developing training materials, training the trainers and facilitating training courses virtually via webinar and in-classroom format This is a specific program of work, you will be working very closely with Change Managers, Technical Leads, and a broader team. Rolling out the training to approx 4,000 users, of these there are 800 who will require in-depth training for the new system implementation.
