The organisation has a strong focus on maximizing the value of every customer interaction and supporting strategies to drive repeat business and build greater brand loyalty among customers. We are looking for energetic, competitive and experienced sales individuals who excel in providing superior customer service. You will be required to be the point of contact for inbound retention calls dealing with customers that come from various backgrounds such as Veterans and Veterans families.
The successful candidate will be driven and able to work in a competitive inbound and outbound customer service environment. These are entry level positions and extensive training will be provided. Role tasks/duties: Point of call for inbound retention to customers with various backgrounds Provide high level customer service to VIP and NON-VIP customers Required to meet monthly / weekly KPI's Required to handle and overcome objections from customers Follow organisational protocols and procedures Attend team meetings and training sessions to continually improve knowledge of products and services Role specifications: Permanent Full time 38 hours per week 1 week of paid training to fully equip you with required skills Monthly and quarterly incentive program Hours of business operation are 8am - 7pm Monday to Friday; and be available some Saturdays 8am - 4pm Brisbane CBD Location Hourly rate $22.
