Onpoint 365Seeking a Monitoring and Evaluating Officer to track outcomes for a new and exciting program initiative - 12-month contract, apply now APS5 Monitoring and Evaluating Officer 12-month contract Canberra location WWVP registration or ability to obtain Our Client is seeking an experienced Monitoring and Evaluation Officer to develop a plan which tracks program results for cyber security awareness and learning initiatives. About the role: Engage with internal teams, government and external experts to research and develop a program logic model that identifies outcomes Design and develop a program monitoring and evaluation plan Undertake data collection and analysis processes and tools Manage the delivery of monitoring and evaluation outputs Communicate and disseminate reporting in clear and engaging formats Ideally, you will have: Experience designing and implementing fit-for-purpose monitoring and evaluation plans The ability to build and sustain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders A motivated and collaborative attitude used to achieve high quality results Experience with data collection and analysis to fulfil a range of reporting requirements Other highly desired skills include: Tertiary qualifications in data analytics, evaluation, behavioural/social science, museum studies, education and/or other relevant fields are desirable Familiarity working with and/or in a science centre, museum or other cultural institution How to apply: To apply, click the Apply Now button and send your up-to-date resume and cover letter, for a confidential discussion call Zoe Groch now on 1300 111 365.
