As an APS6 Process Re-design Officer you will assist with the design and Implementation of a new approvals business process. Apply Now APS6 Process Re-design Officers Multiple positions available Canberra location January - June 2021 As an APS6 Process Re-design Officer you will assist with the design and Implementation of a new approvals business process. About the role: Engage with an external provider to assist in delivering business process enhancements Consult with internal and external stakeholders on proposed process changes and coordinate input Review and update assessment tools, guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures Assist in the implementation of governance and risk management initiatives Apply sound, balanced judgment to resolve problems while assessing the impacts of these decisions on all stakeholders Analyse data and engage with the reporting team to produce reports Ideally, you will have: Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder liaison skills Sound analytical skills and the ability to interpret information from a range of sources Written communication skills including experience preparing briefs, letters and minutes Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
