Quality Assurance Administrator

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to join our high performing Safety, Quality and Risk team to provide support in ensuring seamless delivery of service provision to the business and assist with various accreditations across the organisation including but not limited to Aged Care accreditation. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in using computer systems and databases as well as the ability to conduct research, where you will relay vital information to the broader team to support the effective implementation of Safety, Quality and Risk initiatives across the organisation. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Assurance & Risk, you will use your confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills to support the facilitation of activities and information relating to accreditation and self-insurance.

Provide broad administrative support to the Safety, Quality & Risk (SQR) team Perform data entry and use complex spreadsheets to review and consolidate data sources into meaningful plans and schedules Support the implementation and effective operation of quality assurance and accreditations across Aged Care Liaise with Managers and Quality Business Partners to develop and maintain relevant registers and databases across various sites and programs Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance processes as required What do you need to bring? Strong skills with systems and databases, particularly SharePoint, PowerBi and the Microsoft Office Suite Sound skills in conducting research and the ability to communicate findings clearly and concisely Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes Exceptional organisational skills, including time management and planning Experience with accreditation will be highly regarded, particularly in Aged Care A background in quality assurance will be highly regarded Must be available to commence in the role late January/early February Who is AnglicareSA?
