Salesforce QA Analyst $101,120 - $122,348 (plus superannuation) Fixed Term 6 months Usual hours of work: Full Time (flexibility may be available) Usual work location: 121 Exhibition Street, Melbourne (flexibility may be available) The position of Salesforce QA Analyst forms a part of the Program Centre within the Corporate Services Group. The Program Centre is responsible for leading centralised program design, management and administration for Department programs and initiatives that drive outcomes for Victoria. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Processes, this role sits within the Program Centre's Digital Transformation team, driving innovation across delivery of grants programs and working collaboratively with stakeholders facilitating adoption of Salesforce development best practices in an Agile team environment and scrum frameworks.
The key accountabilities of the role include: Define high quality testing requirements Implement and administer formal team standards for testing-related documentation, including test strategy, test plans, test cases/scenarios, and bug reports assessing quality and associated risk. Implement system changes being mindful of the impact of change and identify appropriate test cases. Develop and document well thought out test data, and automated and manual testing.
Actively participate in system/technical, integration and regression testing activities in business as usual and project teams. Work collaboratively with Business Analysts, Users, System Administrators and Developers in an Agile team environment driving adoption of best practice Salesforce development and strict adherence to agile/ scrum frameworks and methodologies. Engage key stakeholders to coordinate the review of test cases and conduct user acceptance testing To be successful in this role, you will have sound knowledge on software development lifecycle cycle methodologies with proven experience of working in an agile software environment.
You will also have experience in implementing software QA and testing methodologies, tools and approaches in a Salesforce environment using automation testing (e.g. Puppeteer, Selenium, etc.
) and capability to set application configurations and create and execute test strategies. Experience in driving solution quality across agile and support teams is essential.
