Service Delivery Manager We are looking for an exceptional Service Delivery Manager to join the Digital, Design and Innovation (DDI) branch. DDI is a dynamic team leading the design, delivery and continuous improvement of products and services for the Victorian Public Service (VPS) and Victorian citizens. As the Service Delivery Manager, you will lead the delivery of complex and high-risk digital products and services.
The role will be focused on cloud infrastructure management, containerised hosting and DevOps tasks being delivered by multiple teams. Your passion for technology and deep level of delivery expertise will enable you to nurture, improve and lead delivery teams through the full product life cycle. Your commitment to service excellence will ensure service levels are met and you will add value by continually improving delivery processes and systems.
You will be proactive when it comes to solving problems and unblocking issues. This is a senior leadership position within DDI and it is expected that you have solid prior experience in delivery management. The DDI team values systems thinking, pragmatic problem solving, initiative and resourcefulness.
