The Restaurant The restaurant is an award winning, elegant large restaurant serving Al Carte Modern Australian cuisine. It is situated on a beautiful waterfront location. The role As sous will be working over a sections, rotating when needed, you will learn from the best and produce the best.
This role will challenge and test you. You will be taught and nurtured and you will become a really strong chef and person. The Ideal candidate Must have minimum Cert III Commercial Cookery Previous experience in a high volume fast paced environment Grill experience essential On Offer $70K - $75K Super (negotiable for the right candidate) An experience to learn and grow Large team, fun, fast working environment Seeking a change in 2021?
