Executive Manager Supplier Lifecycle Transformation - 6 mth ftc

The Executive Manager, Supplier Lifecycle Transformation ('SLT') reports to the SLT Programme Director. You will be responsible for delivery and execution across a complex, Board sponsored program including: leading the integrated delivery of the SLT program and organisational changes to achieve the desired outcomes, organisational strategies and business benefits. Execution of the project and their deliverables contributing to procurement and risk policies and management of risks and issues.

Critically, you bring specific technical competence to this role with your deep understanding of Risk & Procurement systems (Coupa, Ariba, Peoplesoft Fieldglass, Docusign) reporting tools (Tableau, Ombia, Aptio) and regulatory standards. Deliver the Future Through strong engagement, lateral leadership and technical expertise you will have tremendous impact and influence over significant cross-functional teams and programme delivery resources. You will Leverage your deep technical specialism with risk & procurement systems Ensure outcomes delivered are aligned to the regularity landscape of CBA and the commitments EPP has made to the Group.

A deep understanding of CPS231/234 is critical. Effectively manage relationships and communications with program stakeholders Develop and deliver robust and achievable program and project plans to manage the delivery of quality project deliverables Balance schedule, cost and quality in reaching decisions relating to project/program delivery Manage relationships with vendors and third party suppliers Continuously build the Group's project and program delivery capability Evaluate effectiveness of project management tools, processes and methodologies, and make recommendations for continuous improvement Undertake any other tasks assigned by your manager that you have the capability to perform What will help you succeed?
