ABOUT THE ORGANISATION Randstad Health, Care and Support is looking for a support worker to join a talented team at this NDIS registered organisation. Our client provides support to people with disability in independent living as well as in short-term respite accommodation, empowering them to participate in their community as well as assisting them with activities of daily life. ABOUT THE ROLE assisting as required with residents daily living activities and providing assistance or supervision as outlined in care plans you could be supporting a client in their home one day or in their community participating in social activities, building life skills or just hanging out at the beach the next participating as required in domestic duties of the facility ensuring that resident care, incidents and accidents are adequately documented and reported as necessary assisting with medications (prescribed) and manual handling and lifting of up to 20 kgs (wheelchairs etc.
