The successful candidate will need to be able to provide excellence in customer service to our clientele, visitors and members, general administration duties; manage your coaching and competition programs, coordinate events activities and deliver quality group and private tennis lessons in accordance with DCTA standards Key Duties · Provide tennis coaching, training and instruction to all participants · Participate in all on court programs · Analyse player performances and offer structured plans to assist with developing their skills with ongoing reviews and reflections to parents and player. · Coordinate individual and group tennis lessons provided and responsible for · Develop training programs and implement strategies for private lessons and group lessons.
