Are you: Passionate about leading change to achieve better outcomes for Victorians? Able to develop deep empathy for the people you are designing for? Experienced in and thrive in navigating complex and challenging situations to achieve better outcomes? Experienced in managing or delivering people-centred policy reform for communities? Able to communicate, build relationships and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders including public housing residents? And/or have experience.
