Accounts Receivable Officer Location: Welshpool, Perth Remuneration: Attractive salary on offer Opportunity to make a difference in a Top 50 ASX listed company Organisational culture that proudly supports inclusion and diversity Modern, up-to-date working space in a safety focussed organisation We are seeking an experienced accounts payable/receivable professional to assist our Bulk business in Western Australia. Reporting into the Finance Manager of Bulk West , the Revenue & Track Access Analyst is a key member of the highly engaged Bulk Reporting and Planning team. You will be expected to work successfully with invoices, understand contracts, assist with revenue collection, and verify customer track access.
This role will start as a permanent part-time position (3-4 days per week) with the intention to make the role permanent full-time. About the role: Raising and approving sales invoices using the Enterprise freight management system Verifying rail track access for customers using the Enterprise freight management system Credit control duties to ensure contract payments are upheld Data matching duties Ad hoc accounts receivable work raising manual invoices Opportunity to travel to WA depots to build relationships with operational employees About You: Understanding of customer contracts and accounts receivable and accounts payable duties Comfortable performing routine, repetitive tasks Meticulous with a strong attention to detail Ability to use Microsoft Excel is mandatory Experience using SAP is preferred What we can offer you: At Aurizon, we support the development and growth of our employees to reach their full potential.
