We are seeking a high-performing, proactive and passionate Learn To Swim Co-ordinator to join the Artemis Aquatics team in 2021, working afternoons Monday to Friday, and Saturday mornings. In collaboration with the Aquatics Program Manager, the LTS Co-ordinator will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence in the delivery of a quality LTS program, including but not limited to scheduling, staff rosters, communications, program planning requirements and delivery. The successful candidate will be: Extremely organised, detail-oriented and efficient, with a tech savvy approach to administration and planning; Highly knowledgeable in swimming trends and best practice, with extensive experience participating in LTS programs; Able to analyse and manipulate data to identify trends and patterns; Friendly, collaborative and authentic in their approach to all things, big or little; Actively focussed on safety, risk and compliance; and Experienced in the coordination of staff rosters, timesheets and communications.
This role operates in partnership with the Aquatics Program Manager. The LTS Co-ordinator will be a team player and keen to build strong relationships with swimmers, teachers, coaches and the wider swimming community. They will have demonstrated experience working closely with and supporting the development of swimming teachers and coaches, as well as administrative strength.
Minimum requirements: Current AUSTSWIM or ASCTA Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety qualification. Minimum 5 years’ experience teaching Learn to Swim. Proven experience in managing or coordinating a Learn to Swim program, and developing staff rosters.
Current First Aid (HLTAID003) and Provide CPR (HLTAID001) certification. Current Pool Lifeguard certification (SISSS00111) and willingness to maintain qualification. Current Victorian Employee Working wi....
