au We are seeking a capable, proactive and enthusiastic Sport Administrator to support the Co-ordinator of GSV/SSV on a part time basis. Working 2 to 3 days per week (depending on the successful candidate), this role will participate in the successful planning, co-ordination, administration and leadership of the following programs: Girls Sport Victoria (GSV) School Sport Victoria (SSV) Artemis Programs Various sporting events and initiatives. For a current student or early career candidate, this role provides a valuable opportunity to gain further experience and mentorship in the areas of sports and events management, program logistics and staffing.

They will be a fast learner, incredibly organised and familiar with a wide range of sports and competition frameworks. This role works in partnership with the Co-ordinator of GSV/SSV to successfully deliver all games-based and championship sports across the School, therefore this candidate must be collaborative, flexible and dependable. Minimum requirements: Demonstrated sports administration experience.

Experience working or volunteering in events, coaching and/or customer service roles within sporting organisations. Extensive experience participating in a range of sport-based programs at a school, club, regional, state, professional or national level. Previous experience working with children in a sports setting, ideally from ELC – Year 12.

Current Victorian Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain) Current First Aid & CPR qualifications (or willingness to obtain) This role is an excellent starting point for a sports student or graduate looking to pursue a career in schools or sports management, or for an experienced sport administrator looking to transition back into the workforce.
