Team Member How will I help? Westpac Vision is to be one of the world’s great service companies, helping our customers, communities, and people to prosper and grow. In this role you will be joining our unsecured lending team where you will have an essential role in servicing the needs of our customers. You will work to ensure the team is focused on the delivery of quality output, following Westpac protocol, policies and procedures when completing functional activities.
As the unsecured lending team member, you will play an integral role in the development of a cohesive team environment and in building effective relationships with business partners across other teams in ULO and Westpac This position is a 9-month max term contract with the prospect of further employment, you will need to commit to the full length of the project. You will have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment handling customer queries and complaints, along with a proven history in delivering high standards of customer service in line with agreed service levels.

You will have knowledge of end to end origination process and business, financial analysis, credit and risk knowledge, and awareness. You will have ability to manage multiple priorities by being well organised and having strong time management skills. You will have strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skill and ability to influence various stakeholders.
You will have positive proactive attitude. Experience with MS office such as Word, Excel and Lotus notes highly desired. What is it like to work in Westpac?
