Platform Developer- Junior/Graduate Level

About the role We currently have four permanent full time opportunities available for a passionate junior/graduate level software developer who is looking to take the next step in their career.

In this role, you will support the Platform Development Manager, and the broader technology team on our North Platform, to plan and deliver software change and capability uplift. You should be passionate about a career in IT/development and will have a basic understanding of software development. Key responsibilities • Work with the broader Platform Technology Team to design & support our services • Understand our business requirements and write code that delivers the objectives • Support the development of business cases by coordinating development estimates • Formulate strategies to resolve issues and capitalise of business opportunities • Work with peers at all stages of the SDLC to deliver the best possible outcome for our stakeholders • Collaborate with the testing team to ensure both functional and non-functional areas are considered and tested through the QA process Capabilities & Experience • Demonstrated understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) • A basic knowledge of some of the following technologies (C#, VB.

net, ASP.net, SQL Server 2016 or higher, XML, HTML, Jscript, Visual Studio, and Microsoft Toolsets) • Experience using JIRA/Confluence • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Wellbeing & Benefits As a company that values wellbeing, we offer a range of great benefits to support you financially, professionally and personally.
