> Develop product knowledge. > Communicate and liaise effectively with customers and staff to assist in the professional operation of sales. > Perform a range of administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner including answering routine queries, taking messages, following up on action items.
> Perform computer-based tasks including preparing and sending standard written communications, maintaining database. > Plan, present and secure sales solutions. You will also complete the nationally recognised Certificate IV Business Sales Qualification.
