Quality Account Manager - Sculpture Hospitality NSW

We are a business which provides consultative inventory management services for liquor asset management. Using proprietary software in conjunction with the client's existing POS, we perform on-premise beverage audits and work with our clientele to reduce losses and increase profits with the efficiency of technology. Beverage performance analysis is made easier; client systems and procedures are enhanced; alcohol and beer inventory levels are maintained at maximum efficiency; and loss due to waste, spillage, and theft is dramatically reduced.

The Quality Account Manager performs initial discovery and ongoing client audits with the goal of helping optimize business profitability. The Account Manager will conduct scheduled on-site client visits to perform the duties and responsibilities associated with inventory control and management process and procedure assessment. In this role, the Account Manager will manage Ass.

Account Managers as they conduct periodic on-site client visits (weekly or bi-weekly) thereby performing the duties and responsibilities associated with inventory control and management and ensure compliancy with all policies and procedures and quality assurance. Persons in this position are responsible for inventorying stock at bars and restaurants using our proprietary technology. The Account Manager will supervise and/or will weigh product (e.

g. bottles, kegs), perform an accurate inventory count via scanner, enter the control data into our system, download purchase order receipts and sales data from the client's POS, analyze and consult the results, and assist in the preparation of an electronic report which will be sent to the client as a deliverable. The Account Manager is expected to maintain management authority and quality control of all Jr.

Account Managers work. Requirements: Experience in a similar quality analytical position is required. One year experience in hospitality, sales, or service industry is preferred.

One year bar/restaurant experience is preferred. Possess strong writing and math skills. Skilled in computer, internet, and Microsoft Office Applications.

Strong time management and anticipative skills. Strong analytical skills. Must have ability to give and follow directions and effectively perform the work.

The position is a full-time role, requiring some very early starts. The salary will be from $70,000 – $75,000 plus superannuation..
