ICT Business Analyst
Target Business Services Location: Level 6/241 Commonwealth St, Surry Hills NSW 2010 Salary: $70,000 plus 9.5% superannuation Our client ACT-XM Pty Ltd is a Qualtrics partner and is certified and experienced in using Qualtrics platform. ACT-XM is a customer experience consulting firm helping organisations measure, prioritise and act on valuable customers, members, users and employees’ feedback.
Client offers a range of services and solutions to Qualtrics XM platform users. The client is looking for an experienced ICT Business Analyst to join the growing team in Sydney. This is a full time, ongoing position for immediate start and this is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark in a fast-paced, dynamic and innovative environment for a leading-edge company.
You will be working across a diverse range of projects at any one time, preparing deliverables based on project scope. The role will report to the Director and will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying alternative solutions, assessing feasibility and recommending new approaches. Minimum Requirements: You must hold a relevant bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years previous experience in the similar role is must.
In this role your main responsibilities include: Determine operational objectives by studying business functionality and formulating output requirements Analyse and consolidate information to develop business cases to support achievement of business objectives Develop business cases and establish a common approach to manage key project stakeholder escalations to achieve project milestones and agreed project budget Provide guidance and assistance in the system project decision making process Lead ongoing strategic engagements with customers on Qualtrics platform and stay engaged with the teams throughout the implementation process Train and teach clients on specific and new aspects of the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform and related solutions Design and document functional and technical requirements and help scope projects by understanding timelines and work Facilitate the design of technology solutions Serve as main point of contact for clients during customer, employee research design programs Develop an agreed work plan of key performance indicators and outcomes Identify and evaluate inefficiencies and recommend optimal business practices, and system functionality and behaviour Develop and manage test plans of technical solutions Candidate The successful candidate will be a motivated ICT Business Analyst with minimum 2 years’ experience.
