Purpose of the position The Copy Writer role is to support in the process of developing proposals and tender responses, working with Marketing Manager and the broader Marketing, Business Development and Estimating team. Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for the following tasks: Assist with the organisation and management of company marketing resources including tender and proposal resources Preparing and submitting expressions of interest, tenders and proposals Coordinating the bidding process and preparing bid templates and responses Liaising with external partner organisations such as suppliers, subcontractor and consultants to obtain CVs and other capability information and inputs for bids and in cases where they are leading the bid, providing required documentation Liaising with clients to obtain clarifications and further information concerning a bid when required Compiling project experience, formatting CVs and other materials for bids. Formatting final documents and ensuring they are bound and presented in accordance with client stipulations and company brand identity Ensuring EOIs and proposals are submitted on time Working with the BD team to ensure information relevant to the business development process is available and shared efficiently and effectively within the company Assisting with maintaining company database of tendered projects Periodically reviewing the bidding process with the business development team Providing general administrative support when required As the successful candidate you are expected to be: Deadline driven with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects; A strong communicator with effective interpersonal skills; Accurate and attentive to detail; Interested in learning new skills with a can do attitude towards your work A team player with the ability to work well collaboratively as well as autonomously; Proficient with Microsoft Office (particularly Microsoft Word) Authority Levels The authorities vested by the Marketing Manager.
