It has never been a better time to join Your responsibilities will include: Building a new business pipeline in target markets and achieving growth targets Solution selling relating to the client needs and presenting value Working with Regional Managers to ensure contract outcomes and meeting clients’ objectives Attending industry functions and networking opportunities Cold calling, identifying potential new customers and customer retention Your background: You will draw on your operational, horticultural and sales experience.
You will have experience in scoping and pricing of works, while more considerable opportunities will see you working collaboratively as part of a team. Horticultural qualifications would be preferred, along with tertiary qualifications. Around 3 years’ experience in a similar role would also be ideal.
You will enjoy face to face communication and building trusted relationships and thrive on chasing new business opportunities. Analytical skills to solve problems and identify markets will also be necessary. You will be able to work autonomously but also enjoy working in a collaborative and team-oriented culture.
