About the role As a member of RGP and client Project Manager (PM), you will key in working with client teams to define and align business needs with technological capabilities. You will engage closely with key stakeholders to understand business needs and goals, define processes, build best practices, capture business needs, enable requirements, identify risk and monitor outcomes. Throughout the implementation, you will be the project leader ensuring deliverables are of the highest quality and representing the business in designing, defining and driving desired results.

You have must Full Working Rights in Australia Interested in a 6 to 12 months contract role based in Sydney Able to perform as a thought leader within RGP, constantly looking to improve how client projects are delivered Your Project Management responsibilities Manage the complete lifecycle of large and complex projects and lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute plans to successfully deliver all key milestones and desired outcomes. Lead requirements/discovery workshops as the project and functional leader and execute plans to successfully deliver desired outcomes of the project. Identify and mitigate risks that may affect the delivery and track project performance through the provision of regular project status reports to key client stakeholders.

Coordinate work efforts with Solution Architect, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, Product Owners, and members of the client's project team. Partner with Project sponsor and Business Leads to manage the performance of external providers/vendors ensuring compliance complies with relevant organizational policies and practices while monitoring vendor deliverables within the agreed timeframe, cost and quality. Track project performance and provide regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders including Steering Committee and PMO leads.

You will need to have A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in IT and Finance with recognized project management certifications which is essential. Have between 5 – 7 years’ experience as an ERP Planning.
