About the Senior Business Partner (SBP) Roles Both of these exciting roles are based in our national Head Office in Adelaide, reporting to the Senior Manager – Commercial Finance as a member of the Commercial Finance function. SBP Aftersales: This role partners with the Aftersales business to drive profitability, control and decision making.
This role also focuses on continuous improvement and collaboration to optimise our footprint (including inventory) and expense management. Responsibilities Include: Coordinating and preparing budgets, forecasts and long-term planning in conjunction with functional leads. Critically reviewing and analysing plans (including variance analysis) Proactively managing the monthly financial performance of Aftersales functions while providing insightful commentary Preparation of daily revenue status reporting vs BP/Forecast Supporting the business with detailed modelling around Aftersales and Supply Chain initiatives as required Providing decision support and analysis Continually review and improve reporting processes and format/content Reconcile balance sheets Collaborate with Aftersales for Parts and Accessory pricing and margin reviews/analysis SBP - Business Fleet: This role partners with Fleet Sales & Sales Planning teams, to drive profitability, control and decision making.
Focusing on budgeting, forecasting & review, control fleet pricing (direct & dealer). In addition to assisting in Fleet Delegation of authority and quarterly Fleet performance reporting. Responsibilities Include: Proactively seeking to provide decision support and analysis Embedding finance influence into operation business decision-making to maximise MMAL’s growth opportunities and profitability Supporting business operation through the provision of detailed modelling and advice to Fleet & Sales Planning departments regarding budgeting, Business fleet expenditure, program effectiveness, and return on investment analysis etc.
Managing the monthly and annual financial performance of the Business fleet function by providing insightful commentary Providing various reports such as analyses of fleet penetrations/assumptions, Fleet performance comparing annual plan versus actual tracking and targets set by the board/MMC.
